  1. All materials must be acknowledged as Copyright Warrnambool & District Historical Society Inc.
  2. Permission requests are for one-time use only. Any reissue, rebroadcast or republish requires another request to be submitted.
  3. The creator name/s, title/s, and other information is supplied by W&DHS in good faith and W&DHS is not liable for any incorrect information supplied.
  4. Compliance with the requirements of the Copyright Act 1968 is the responsibility of the user and W&DHS is not liable for failure to comply
